MotherForm™ · The Third Option

Not bouncing back.
Building forward.

For women who can respect what their bodies have carried and still want them stronger, more capable, better supported, and moving somewhere on purpose.

The problem

Two pretty shitty options

You do not have to choose between punishing your body and pretending you no longer want anything from it.

MotherForm exists in the space between “get your body back” and “just be grateful.” The work is not erasing motherhood. It is learning what your body is working with now, building capacity where it can be built, and applying the right challenge from there.

The MotherForm logic

Sequence before intensity.

Not less ambition. Better information about what deserves attention first.

Assess.

Start with what is actually here: capacity, control, position, recovery, context, and the body in front of you today.

Create capacity.

Build the foundation that lets effort become useful instead of merely harder.

Challenge.

Give the body the appropriate dose of work and progress it when the system earns more.

The Third Option

I can want something different from my body without making my body the enemy.
Portrait of Catie, founder of MotherForm

Founder-led. Company-sized thinking.

Built by Catie because the usual conversation was never enough.

MotherForm is informed by movement training, yoga, Pilates, trauma-informed practice, nervous-system work, coaching, and a refusal to talk to mothers like they are either broken or finished wanting things.

The goal is not to make your body disappear into a pre-motherhood version of itself. It is to build a relationship with progression that belongs to the body you actually live in.

Two ways in

Experience the work. Or stay close to it.

Private Experiences

The studio comes to you.

A private, considered in-home movement and restorative experience shaped around the woman, the moment, and what would genuinely serve her.

MotherForm Uncut

The work behind the work.

Essays, movement, method, founder notes, and the growing MotherForm archive—where the thinking gets unpacked instead of reduced to captions.

If you want the work in the room

Tell me when. Tell me roughly where. We’ll start there.

The first request is intentionally simple. Availability first. Details after.
